Support and consulting

Your tools have aged. Your business hasn’t.

HKC supports companies, non-profits and training organisations that still rely on ageing websites and software. We advise, we train your teams, and we carry out the migration — using AI to move faster without cutting corners on quality.

Three ways we can help

01

Consulting

Take stock of your digital assets and choose the right path forward.
  • Audit of existing websites and software
  • Risk assessment: security, technical debt, dependencies
  • Modernisation roadmap and the role of AI
  • Help choosing tools and providers
02

Training

Make your teams self-sufficient with AI, on their real-world work.
  • Generative AI applied to business and software development
  • Hands-on workshops using your own tools and data
  • Good practice: functional testing, security, confidentiality
  • Short formats, on-site or remote
03

Migration

Take over a legacy website or application and move it onto a sound foundation.
  • Takeover of WordPress, Joomla, legacy PHP or in-house sites
  • Recovery of content and data
  • AI-accelerated rebuild, validated by a functional test plan
  • Go-live, documentation and handover

What you gain

  • Performance

Pages that load in a fraction of a second: lean code, with no superfluous plugins or needless layers.
  • Robustness

Fewer dependencies, fewer outages. The functional test plan guarantees that everything that worked still works.
  • Security

No more abandoned plugins or outdated versions: a smaller attack surface and controlled updates.
  • Scalability

Clear, documented code that your team — or another provider — can evolve without starting over.

AI as an accelerator — not an autopilot

A migration is mostly reading: understanding code written ten years ago, finding where the data lives, spotting what is still in use. AI does this in hours rather than weeks.

We don't review the code line by line: we check what it does. Before migrating, we draw up with you a functional test plan describing everything the tool must be able to do. Every release is checked against that plan and compared with the existing system. You save time and money without losing control over what is delivered.

Our approach

  1. Understand

We start from what exists: what works, what blocks, what costs.
  2. Prototype

A quick first version, so you can judge on real evidence before committing.
  3. Migrate

Content, data and features move to the new foundation, with nothing lost.
  4. Hand over

You leave with a maintainable, documented tool — and trained teams.

A website or application that is showing its age?

Describe the situation in a few lines. We'll get back to you quickly with a first opinion, free of commitment.
